What was the best vacation you ever took and why? 
The best vacation I ever took was the last beach trip we took before my father passed away. I grew up going to Pawleys Island every year, and spent every second of my time there fishing on the pier with my dad. It is my favorite place in the world and a place where I find complete peace. The best life advice my dad ever gave me was on the end of that pier. I will always treasure those precious moments laughing and getting a little messy in search of a big fish.

What are your hobbies, and how did you get into them? 
My favorite hobby is birding. I recently starting birding a few months ago and love it. It is best described by mindfully listening and observing the birds around you. I have made the most incredible friends who share in this incredible hobby, and learned so much about birds, other wildlife, nature and our environment. It has made me more mindful about doing my part to help take care of our planet.

What’s your favorite season and why? 
Fall. I love the crisp air, the changing leaves, football and the excitement of the upcoming holidays. One of my favorite ways to enjoy a fall evening is relaxing on my backyard deck with my husband, two dogs, a cozy blanket and a warm fire.
