Our Account Managers are responsible for business development. Their primary focus is uncovering business opportunities and working towards the establishment of consultative partnerships with organizations they have identified as those who can benefit from staff augmentation or direct placement recruiting assistance. Account Managers provide the second level of interviewing, assessing, and qualifying candidates for formal presentation to our clients.

Our Recruiters are responsible for talent acquisition. Recruiters perform the first level of sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and qualifying of candidates. Recruiters are partnered with Account Managers in order to establish territory knowledge and to develop a pipeline of local candidate relationships. Recruiters utilize a variety of resources and tools to identify and cultivate highly skilled technology-focused candidates.

Our Consultant Relations Representatives (CRRs) are in place to focus on the needs and care of our consultants while they are on assignment, and to maintain current client relationships. Our CRRs are responsible for keeping lines of communication open and flowing between SYSTEMTEC and our consultants and between the client and our consultants.

Our Human Resources and in-house Administration offer support related to the proactive and reactive efforts that encompass back-office operations.
