Help Desk Analyst
We are currently seeking a PC/Help Desk Support Analyst for positions in Columbia, South Carolina. Qualified candidates should have at least 1-4 years (4 years maximum) experience in a PC/Help Desk support role and must have strong communication skills. Candidates should have experience supporting Windows 95/NT/2000 and remote dialup software support and must be customer service oriented. Candidates with technical certifications and a technical degree are highly desired. Knowledge of Remedy tracking tools is ideal.
